I have always tried to figure out the best place for my helmet when I make a stop while out riding. The TALON RIDE product has solved that issue. In the past: I’ve rested it on the ground near the bike. I’ve hung it off my foot pegs. I’ve rested it on the mirrors. All those options never felt right for me. Also, I’ve have had to hear opinions from other riders on the do's and don’ts of where to place your helmet. The TALON RIDE makes it so easy. Just flick down the folding hook at the end of your handlebars and place your helmet on the hook; it feels good that it’s tucked away inside the outline of the bike. It’s not found lying on the dirt or oily pavement. It isn’t hanging off my mirror which used to concern me about falling off or loosening the mirror. It’s not in any other of the odd places I have tried to find a safe spot to hold it in while I’m stopped.
Not only is TALON RIDE good for holding a helmet, since you get 2 Talons I use the other for my jacket, gloves, and any other things I don’t want to take in with me.
The design of TALON RIDE is so simple I don’t see why this hasn’t been incorporated in the design of all motorcycles.
The installation was as easy as 1,2,3. One tool. Anyone can do it. So no need to worry about having to pay a dealer to install. I’m so happy with this device it has truly made a simple and safe difference in where to place your helmet erasing the years long musing of where to best place my helmet on the bike.
