VISTAMOTO SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Effective Date: This Shipping and Delivery Policy is effective as of June 13, 2025.  

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed through Vista Moto are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing includes order verification, packing, and preparation for shipment. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your purchase details. In some cases, we may contact you to verify certain information (such as billing details or product fitment) before your order is approved and processed. Processing may be delayed if additional verification is required.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal U.S. holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES

Vista Moto offers standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. The available shipping methods and carriers may vary based on your location and the size or weight of your order. Shipping options and estimated rates will be presented at checkout for your selection.

Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is typically 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the selected shipping method and destination. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Vista Moto may offer international shipping to select countries. Availability and shipping rates will be displayed at checkout if your destination is eligible. Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with local laws and regulations in their country. For international shipments, any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees collected at checkout. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on several factors, including the weight and dimensions of your order, the shipping destination, and the selected delivery method. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Vista Moto does not add any hidden fees beyond those shown at checkout.

From time to time, Vista Moto may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. These offers may be limited by order value, geographic location, or specific product categories and will be communicated on the website. Free shipping promotions apply only to standard shipping and do not include expedited delivery unless otherwise stated.

For customers who require faster delivery, we offer expedited and express shipping options during checkout where available. Additional charges apply for these services, and delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Please note that expedited shipping does not shorten the order processing time but applies only to the shipping duration after your order has been fulfilled.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number and a link to track the status of your delivery. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment, depending on the carrier’s system.

Please note that our Shopify platform powers order tracking features and may be subject to the final configuration of Shopify’s tracking tools. While we strive to ensure accurate and timely updates, the availability of tracking information may vary depending on carrier support and technical setup. We recommend checking your order confirmation email for a tracking link and contacting us at info@vistamoto.com if you experience any issues.

If you experience issues with delivery or need assistance locating a package while it is in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the contact information provided in your tracking details. While Vista Moto is happy to assist, carriers are best positioned to provide real-time updates once the order has left our fulfillment center.

5. RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE

All orders placed with Vista Moto are shipped under a shipment contract, which means that title to the goods and risk of loss transfers to you upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Vista Moto is no longer responsible for loss, damage, or delay during transit.

If your tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors or visit your local carrier office. If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, please contact us at info@vistamoto.com within 5 business days of the marked delivery date. While Vista Moto is not liable for lost or stolen packages after shipment, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or exploring replacement options where feasible.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Vista Moto is not liable for packages that are misdelivered or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the recipient. If an error is discovered after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct the address. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee redirection or recovery.

 6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Currently, Vista Moto is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military addresses. All orders must be shipped to a valid residential or commercial street address. If a P.O. Box or military address is entered at checkout, we may contact you to request an alternative address, which may cause a delay in processing and fulfillment.

Due to carrier limitations, legal restrictions, or a high risk of fraud or delivery failure, Vista Moto may not be able to ship to certain international destinations. If your shipping address is located in a country or territory we do not currently support; your order may be canceled and fully refunded. Most Vista Moto products are compact and eligible for standard shipping. However, in rare cases where an item requires special handling due to its size, weight, or packaging needs, additional shipping fees or delivery arrangements may be applicable. If your order includes such an item, we will contact you directly to confirm details before shipping. Oversized items may also be subject to carrier-specific restrictions or extended delivery windows.

7. DELIVERY DELAYS

While Vista Moto strives to ensure timely delivery of all orders, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, transit times may be impacted by operational disruptions, routing issues, staffing shortages, or high-volume periods beyond our control. We recommend monitoring your tracking information for updates and contacting the carrier directly if a delay occurs.

Deliveries may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events beyond our control. These circumstances are outside the control of both Vista Moto and our shipping partners and may temporarily affect processing, transit, or final delivery. We appreciate your patience during such events and will provide updates where possible.

If your purchase includes a pre-order item or a product currently on backorder, the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page or at checkout. These orders will be shipped once the item becomes available, and you will receive a notification with tracking details at that time. If your order contains both in-stock and back-ordered items, we may ship them separately or hold the full order until all items are available. This will be communicated during the checkout process.

8. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & RESHIPMENT

If a package is returned to Vista Moto as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, refusal by the recipient, or inability to collect the package, we will notify you via email. The order will be held until we receive updated instructions from you. Refunds for undeliverable items will exclude original shipping charges unless an error on our part caused the issue.

If you request that an undeliverable package be reshipped, you may be responsible for additional reshipping costs, even if the original order qualified for free shipping. We will provide a quote for the reshipping fee and request confirmation before proceeding.

Orders that remain unclaimed or unresolved after 14 days of our notification may be considered abandoned. Vista Moto reserves the right to cancel such orders and issue a partial refund (excluding shipping costs and restocking fees).
